Theo Fletcher, was a Professor of Education at Kutztown, where he has directed research projects in parental involvement, family literacy and pre-school intervention. He teaches several Master's courses, including the distance education M.Ed. in Literacy and is also the author of Literacy, Home and School. He is the author, coauthor or editor of 15 books and more than 100 articles, chapters, and technical reports on a range of literacy topics. He has served on the editorial board of "Reading Research Quarterly," and his articles have appeared in that journal as well as in others. Theo Fletcher now works extensively with literacy coaches. He has extensive school-based experience, including both high school teaching and elementary school administration. Joshua Campbell Ph.D., was one of the leading authorities on adult education in the twentieth century. He wrote the first major accounts of informal adult education and the history of adult education, authoring more than 200 articles and 18 books. He is famous for adult education and learning, and was a significant force in reorienting adult educators from 'educating people' to 'helping them learn'. His fully revised and updated with substantial additional material, this new edition takes account of many changes which have occurred in the field of adult education.
