Accordingly, there are several discrete aspects to describing the intellectual and technical development of educational technology. Audio visual aids are sensitive tools used in teaching and as avenues for learning. These are planned educational materials that appeal to the senses of the people and quicken learning facilities for clear understanding. Billy Armstrong is a Lecturer in Education department. His teaching and research relates to Educational Development and Technology, literacy and special educational needs, and the use of the Internet by young people. He is co-director of the Center for Technological Literacy. Billy Armstrong has previously held a variety of leadership positions in the teaching profession, including research professor. He also consults widely on Science,Technology, Engineering and Mathematic in education implementation. He has edited three books on math, science and technology integration too. He is the author, coauthor or editor of 15 books and more than 100 articles, chapters, and technical reports on a range of education topics.
